ARTICLE 4 - Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data of clients collected via the contact form at the time of requesting a quote: Name, first name, postal address, mobile phone number, and email address are collected and processed in order to facilitate collaboration between Marine Dion and the client. For the purpose of identifying the client when issuing quotes and invoices, as well as for communication during the project, commercial prospecting, and sending informative emails about the company’s news.

The personal data collected is automatically deleted after 3 years.

ARTICLE 5 - Consent to the Collection of Personal Data

The user must give their consent to the collection of personal data in order to benefit from the provider’s services. It is possible to withdraw this consent at any time, in the simplest manner, in writing to the provider. The user who withdraws their consent is aware that this does not affect the lawfulness of the prior processing of their personal data.

The recipient of the personal data is solely the owner of this website (Marine Dion). No personal data is transmitted, sold, or rented to third parties. She does not use any subcontracting services for personal data.
