DESIGN PACKAGING

Illustrated & bold Packaging design
In the Food&Beverage sector, Betting on a graphic packaging allows your product to stand out.
As a Food Graphic Designer, I believe it is one of the best investments an entrepreneur can make to give their brand visibility.
In 2023, the restaurant chain Bagelstein asked me to design a series of illustrated packaging for the launch of their new range of beverages.
🍉🍑🍋 Three iced teas and two fresh fruit juices whose illustrated packaging needs to catch the eye in the display.
My objectives as a Brand Designer for this graphic packaging project:
- Create an attractive and summery collection
- Highlight the fruits (present in the receipes)
- Refresh Bagelstein’s visual codes
- Bring a sense of lightness to the brand
A project inspired by the brand, existing logo
You are probably familiar with the Bagelstein logo, featuring a character that looks like he could have come straight out of Mad Men. This is « Gab, » the iconic character of Bagelstein.
During my collaboration with the marketing director, we decided to infuse more dynamism into him and feature him on the beverage labels of the range.
I therefore created a series of food illustrations showcasing this character in a suit.
Playing with a repetition effect, the character prepares, peels, and sips the different drinks in the range.
Un Shooting produit
avec une équipe de talent 💫
It is very important for a packaging illustrator to be able to showcase their work effectively.
Following my artistic direction, they brought their unique touch. Through carefully crafted compositions and subtle lighting, they truly highlighted this series of graphic packaging.
A huge thank you to both of you for this wonderful collaboration!
